RETURN & REFUND POLICY

This policy explains your rights to cancel, return, or request a refund on an order from Actionwords Publishing. It doesn't affect your other statutory rights as a consumer.

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS

Because digital products are delivered instantly, different rules apply to these compared to physical goods.

Once you begin downloading a digital product, you lose your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This is standard for all digital downloads, not specific to us.

If you change your mind before downloading, contact us at orders@actionwords.co.uk and we will issue a full refund.

If you experience a genuine problem with a digital product — for example, a faulty or corrupted file — please contact us and we will resolve this, including issuing a refund where appropriate.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

To cancel, simply email us at orders@actionwords.co.uk with your order details.

To receive a full refund, please return the goods to us within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel, in their original condition. You are responsible for the cost of returning goods to us. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot refund items lost in transit.

We will issue your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method you originally used.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible at orders@actionwords.co.uk and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
