WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you make a purchase, we collect the information needed to process your order and deliver your goods, which may include your name, email address, billing address, and order details.

Our checkout also includes an option to sign up for news and updates. This feature is not currently in active use — ticking this box does not currently result in any marketing emails being sent, though this may change in future, in which case this policy will be updated accordingly.

We do not collect payment card details ourselves. Card payments are handled directly and securely by our payment providers, Stripe and PayPal. We recommend reading their privacy policies to understand how they handle your information:

Our website is hosted on Squarespace, which may collect basic technical information (such as browser type and general visit data) as standard for any website. We do not currently use this data for marketing or analysis purposes.

- To process and fulfil your order (necessary to perform our contract with you)

- To respond to your questions or requests (necessary to perform our contract with you, or our legitimate interest in providing good customer service)

- To meet our legal obligations, for example keeping records for tax purposes

If we begin using customer information for marketing purposes in future, this will only be done with your clear consent at the time, and this policy will be updated to explain how.

HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share information only where necessary to run our business, specifically:

- With Stripe and PayPal, to process your payment

- With Squarespace, our website and store hosting platform

- Where required by law

Our website uses cookies to help it function correctly and, where applicable, to understand how visitors use the site. Where cookies are not essential to the site working, we will ask for your consent before setting them. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time.

HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION

We keep order information for as long as necessary to meet our legal and tax obligations, and marketing information until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
